OBSERVATIONS:   

Inspection of workpiece indicates visible lines on surface. Visible lines can have many causes. Some of these causes include, but is not limited

• Changes in standard technology.
• Variations in material.
• Workpiece not secured properly.

If these items are evaluated and are found not to be the cause, please take the following actions to assure that the wire spool is mounted properly.

ACTIONS:   

• Check to make sure spool is mounted according to directions in manual (see footnote).
• After spool is mounted to machine tool, make sure that the foam pad is flattened completely.  There should be no lateral play on spool if mounted correctly.
