M.O.S.T. is a pilot program launched in the six (6) New England states to address the advanced machine shops’ critical need for qualified operators. The unique Fast Track training process is designed to produce machine operators for employment in the advanced machine shop market

The program has worked with over 50 New England companies and will assist you in hiring new specially trained, skilled workers.  Additionally, we will train your existing work force to improve manufacturing skills essential to employee satisfaction and long term employee retention.

91% of candidates graduate. And 2/3 of those graduates are placed.  The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor and coordinated through the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development.  There is no cost to participate in this program.  Click here to read the fact sheet.
